Wearnes CDD-320/CDD-620/CDD-620A

Does anyone have a CDD of this model number? I recently salvaged one and the case does not say which pins are M/CS/S. And it isn't a 6 pin port it's an 8 pin (so possibly combination vertical and horizontal jumpers). In fact, the documentation on the casing doesn't even specify which model it is. It provides three model numbers. Does anybody know what the jumper settings are on this? I just want to run it as CDD (sl). Thanks. This is it's layout:

...DA...............PIN 40...........PIN 1..DC INPUT

I figured just in case you or anyone else might be interested.......The jumper setting for Master is the set of pins all the way to the right. Jumper settings for Slave are the pins one set from the right. I just recycled one of these cd-rom drives myself.
