Weapon use item and weapon some skill

Someone can tell me a script where when i use a weapon(Bow) use a item(arrow), and when i have a weapon i can use certain skills.
example = when i have a sword equiped i can use bash,magnum break,etc.
and when i have a bow equiped i can use double strafe, arrow shower,etc.
