Watch a video when Cast Skills. Is this possible on ZTBS?

Hello Community. I am mixing some scripts, succesfully put to work toguether ZTBS (zENITH tACTICAL bATTLE sYSTEM) and one for play Videos.

I have an idea. If you cast "x" Skill then Play a little video.

My project is based in Saint Seiya, so imagine Pegasus Ryuseiken in a little video when Seiya is casting.
