[VX] Reflect Status

Heya, guys;
I was fiddling through Final Fantasy VIII today was something came to mind. Reflect status.
For the non-avid Final Fantasy players, Reflect is a status augmentation that when inflicted, all magickal spells (damaging and curative alike) reflect onto the enemies party. (If a single targeting spell, it'll select a random opposer while all-targeting spells effect all opposers. I was wondering if this were possible, or if scripting was necessary. As always, all help is appreciated.

I have been trying to do the same thing but havent figured it out either. There has gotta be a way.
