Two Swords, means they can use more then one weapon.
Fixed means you cannot change that characters equipment.
Autobattle means the computer will make their actions for you.
Super guard means they'll take 1/4 of the damage when guards instead of the usual 1/2.
Pharamacology means they'll double any recovery items, say a potion recovers 200 HP, a character with this will recover 400 instead.
Critical bonus means they'll have a much higher chance of hitting a critical hit.
