[VX] Make XP script compatible with VX

Ok, I want a custom title screen code I had in RMXP to work in VX. Right now there are multiple problems, which stinks lol. So, the original code is in japanese, another thing that hinders me lol. I know I'm asking a lot, so I don't expect anything.

thanks mate! The images are white, so they don't show up I think. If you highlight them, they are there.
