[VX] How do I disable Text skipping with Neo message system?

Okay, I really hate when the text just gets skipped by pressing space or whatever button. I'm also using Neo Message System 3.0 Any ideas on how I stop the text skipping ability? I looked through the script and can't find a permanent answer or solution.

Is the events priority set to [same as characters]?

Ask Woratana about that, he did write the script. I'm not sure if text skipping is even a feature, though.
