[VX] Freezing, or Locking up.

Theres a problem whenever I'm in test play (problem happens in normal play too).  Whenever I try
opening the menu, the game doesn't let me, also whenever I try to cancel a decision it doesn't go
back to the previous menu. 

However, when I minimize the game screen, it acts like I hit the escape key. 
I have not touched the Script Database, nothing is erased or added.  The problem persists
even if I close the program menu or not.  (I'm using the full English program, perhaps its
a glitch that exists during the trial period?)

Just restart your computer.  This sort of thing also happens in XP, so no need to worry.
