[VX] Bug causing problems

Ok, this has happened twice while using VX now.

When I came to play test my game all the character did was walk up, and only up not down. I could walk side to side but he would automaticaly walk up if he could. I also found out when I go to a menu I can't scroll back up, only down.

Is this a bug or......

(by the way I fixed it the last time by copying all my data to a new game, and tweeked it abit so it would work again.
So I dont think it could be a script error, and there's no new events to cause this...)

restart your computer, and make sure that there isnt any things like controllers or joysticks plugged in.

If that doesnt work... try just making a new RMVX project and testing it.
