Voice Acting Career

I've recently been interested in voice acting jobs, but I'm more than a little lost on where to start. I would consult Google, but, amazingly, it doesn't explain enough for me. Anyone here ever done this before?

a stupid-hard field to get into.

you'd want to start by checking out broadcasting schools. they are basically trade schools that offer voiceacting training.

or you'd want to check out a local university's programs in drama and/or telecommunications.
