Virus help extraction

Apologies if this is in the wrong section...
My computer just got a virus (I'm using my dad's laptop right now) but my computer has some work on there for my game, and I really don't want to lose it, is there anyway to extract the graphics from it without crashing my computer or something?
My computer just spams messages whenever I try and start a program, that my computer is being attacked from the internet without even being connected...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried running an antivirus though? You could always download a free one like AVG or Spyware Doctor and see if they pick anything up...

I think the first thing you do before worrying about those images is to fix the virus. Viruses rarely ever attack personal files and folders, they'll sometimes latch themselves on exe files tho like rmxp.exe D: I think you should tell us what symptoms you're recieving, Like the exact pop up words and if there's a little fake program at the bottom right corner like a malware tell us what it's called or type it in Google. You might wanna try several things as well like

Malwarebytes Anti Malware

if you're using an older computer like XP or anything below that:

Smitfraudfix works wonders

If your computer doesn't let you download anything it might be handy to get a flashdrive.

If you're using system restore option, you might wanna go back before the virus ever came on your computer.

Also You might wanna printscreen your processes list if you click ctrl alt delete and open the task man. Using Security Task Manager is even better.

Like I said before most viruses can be deleted by looking up what your computer is experiencing in google.

Sounds like you got "Antivir". I had that shit recently. Sucks ass. Luckily you can just safemode system restore, and have everything running smooth again :P

System Restore is a big no-no. Any good virus programmer will have their virus delete all existing restores and create a new one that only makes the virus harder to get rid of.

It works sometimes, other times it doesn't. You basically have to give it a shot first cause I don't think it really hurts to try. Not many virus programmers are experts. But they seem to be getting craftier by the day. Still, there hasn't been a virus that came on my computer that I haven't defeated with great justice and I don't even use a Virus Protection or Firewall.
