Very Very weird glitch! Need help!

Ok so this is what it looks like in the game editor.

But whenever I play the game it looks like this!

I don't know what is wrong with it. I tried moving the layers of the building around, but that didn't work. Does anyone know why it is doing this?

Have you checked to make sure the priorities are set properly?

YESSSSSS THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH! The prioritys for the roof was higher then for the pointy roof lol!
