Well I don't know where you can find vampire sets but they are very easy to make..

How to do it:
1. create a palett with rmxp colours ( not necessary but will make the sprites look better with the rest of the rmxp cast)
2: recolour the skin using rmxp white tones darkest for darkest and lightest for lightest, do the same with the clothes with colours of your choose ^^ then you are done!
you can also cut out parts from other rmxp sprites and add to your sprite to give the vampire a unique look.
