Unable to access Menu When Pressing X

Guyz i have this...strange...crazy problem...my RMXP Can't Access the Menu Button (X, Esc, and Numpad 0) y is that???
even if i start a new Project...when i playtest it...i still can't access the menu...
i already Closed and Open the RMXP but i still can't!

Why is that T_T

NEED help Guyz...

This has happened to me a few times, and restarting my computer has always fixed it.
