Two Songs For A Project~

Here are two of the songs I've released for the project that I'm doing the soundtrack for. I know that the crash after the loop of "What's Mine Is Mine" is loud. It is fixed in the final version, but I don't feel like uploading it right now. Please comment~

What's Mine Is Mine

Borderlands

these are sexy, i fail at ambiance, you do ambiance very well. i really love them both, beautiful melodies, and i love the vsti sounds you used, the synthy sounds mixed with the real instrument sounds, i need to reinstall some of my synth plugs to use with eiderol

awesome job keep it up

Very nice. The only critisism I have is that they might be a little too long and someone playing the game might not get to hear the whole thing :) teehee.

What midi sounds did you use?
These little free vst gems might interest you:

Thanks for your comments! The songs are actually looped, and one pass for each comes in at around 2 minutes. I think that's a fairly average time for an RPG BGM, especially when coupled with a script that allows the music to pick up where it left off after a battle. That's just my opinion though. As far as sounds go, I use .sf2 files, and only use vst for effects. Thanks again!

These tracks are incredible. They're better than a lot of the music found in professional games. If the rest of your game's OST is at this level of quality then i'd download it for the music alone.

I think the fact that the tracks loop proves how good they are. Even though it's the same thing over and over, there's so much variance, and it's so beautiful to listen to, that we're happy to keep listening. Surely that's the key element to capture in background music, and is what separates a good OST from a great one.
