Trouble with Input Number command

Hi

I am having trouble with the input number command. basically I want my character to input how much gold to throw down a well, when the input number window comes up its blank! If I press keys I can hear the input sound but nothing comes up. I know the input is working because the variable changes, its just not showing up in the window when I enter numbers! I hope im not being stupid!

I have figured it out, if you dont precede the input number command with a show text command the window is blank!

I just tested this in a new project, both with a preceding text command, and without one, and it works fine both ways.

Do you have any other scripts?  or did you change your default font?

I used ccoa's CMS and found that problem, too. I think it's something to do with message scripts.
