Hi {S_USERNAME}
I've been doing more stuff in Cinema 4d (while putting off other stuff mostly), and i thought i'd my stuff with with you.
I've been wanting to learn more about 3d modelling/animating since i need it to make a 3d game, and it's cool as hell.
Also some random art stuff, i'll try to keep this regularly updated.
I make most of these things in an ultra high res, but that isn't very suited for viewing on a forum.
I'll resize it for you guys (that's how i am) (i am like that) so you won't all have to buy bigger monitors..
Also you'll be able to find the big resolutions here (for whatever reason you'd want them).
click this link for high-res stuff!
just made this, together with a friend, messing around with hair materials in Cinema.
It isn't finished yet, the model needs some tweaking and a different light setup.
in case you didn't know, my logo is a triangle, here's a sweet rendition.
it's also my avatar on soundcloud.
this is a vector, i originally made it for my girlfriend, she likes to get roses.
there are some variations in the dropbox above
my logo, extruded out of glass.
It's pretty hard to properly portray 'glass' on such a background.
glass is glass because it reflects stuff, and if there isn't stuff to reflect then it's not really looking like glass
here's a spinning version:

Logo in some kind of black rock stuff.
I'm actually pretty proud of this, even though it's really easy to do.
look up a tutorial by greyscalegorilla, subject 'sub-polygon displacement'.
also look at the high res version of this, it's got loads of detail.
In the dropbox linked above you'll also find a sloppy contest entry for a design competition
the brief was to make something 'cool' that wasn't cool before
we thought dusters were pretty lame so we tried to make that cool
we didn't win but we only worked on it for one night so it wasn't anything serious anyway
that's it for today. stay tuned!
