To Distribute My Game?

When i want to distribute my game,
do they need RPG Maker XP installed?
Because when i send it to someone, it doesnt work.
it opens up, and closes one second later.

It depends on what you do next. If you included all the default RTP graphics (because you are using them), the answer is "no, they don't". If you didn't included all the default RTP graphics (because you aren't using them at all), the answer is "no, they don't".
If you use them but didn't include it in your game package, they'll be forced to do 2 things.
1. They will need to ask you if you'd include all the default RTP graphics in your next demo.
2. They would need to have the maker and the RGSS (RTP) installed on their PC's.

what did you mean by where to get those default RTP...well, the default RTP is the graphics come along when installing RPG Maker XP. Basically, it is intalled in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Enterbrain ...
