Yeah I feel like major n00b right now but I sucked at RM2k/2k3 so I suck at VX, but uh, how do I change my title graphic to a custom one I created?

Well here's a different question....How do I get the script so I can make my own characters name in the game? You select each letter and name the main character yourself? Any idea? I'd search it but, I don't even know what it's called.

To allow character to change name:
Make an event, go to page 3, and do a name input processing.

To get characters to say your name, that you selected,
Put \n
