Title and menu problems

Im not sure if im in the right forum for this but ill try it...lol

Im looking for a script that allows you to play an intro...text...pix...whatever...before the game menu pops up.

That way you see the story and what its about before actually starting the game.

I hate that the rpg xp has the menu for new game come up before everything...without letting you change it with some sort of event or something.

I also heard theres a tool that you can get that does this for you...Dubealex or some sort of generator
