Just a sketch this time. I'm looking to improve on anatomy (yes, I know it's hard to see under all those layers, but I promise it was there when I drew it) as well as just generally improving the "look" of my artwork. I don't like the look on her face: it's supposed to be flirty. Now, I know it's small, and I really should have drawn it bigger - but I couldn't get the *shape* of the face to look right, either. So she looks very serious and slightly sad. :/

Its pretty good imo, but Im not sure if in some you are looking for more of a sense of realism or a cartoonish style. Also, whats with the girl's eyes in the last pic? (I know its a WIP but still)

I always do the eyes last, they're my favorite. ^_^;  I tend to mix cartoony with real, it's my style, I guess.

the darker coloured one's right leg is shaded a little strangely. i think you should find the knee, cup it with the darker colour, and make the darker colour follow the shin all the way to the foot... don't let the lighter colour come around the bottom like you have done at the moment. you might also want to put some shading on the lighter coloured one's tail... with all the shading on the bigger one, it kinda looks left out

I'm not looking at any of these (except the ones in the OP) until they're put in IMG tags. The ones in the OP look good, though! I actually like the shading on the standing guy. The colors go really well together for the type of light you're trying to portray.

its a good idea... but i dont like it..
i dont knwo what is is either... perhaps someone else could pinpoint it, but it seems strange to me for some reason >.<

Don't worry NexS - I know what the problem is, at least for me. Standing guy just doesn't look menacing - there's not enough action in the piece. He should probably be in midair, leaping. I'll probably redraw this 'cause with the shading I'm not too happy with how it's turning out.

I like the bottom Pikachu though he's staying :D

I really like the electricity edit, though the light from the lightning on the standing guy's face doesn't look right.
