Tileset Combination

hey guys, I'm a bit new to RPG maker XP and I was wondering how can I combine certain objects from different tilesets into one? I already looked about but couldn't find a thread that had instructions in it, so any help would be appreciated.

MS Paint. Just export the files, slap them together in a line, and save it.

In the program, click on the database tab.
