Tile-set problem

Ok, I have this annoying problem...

Every time i try to use a custom tileset for RPG maker XP I made in Photoshop, a thin white line appears around it. Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of it? I know it
has something to do with aliasing, a topic i dont know much about.

A thin white line? Hmmm.. The placement might not be correct, because I edit tilesets all the time, and sometimes get that dreaded white line. I would check the placement, and make sure.

I am pretty sure its not a placing problem. This might seem like a stupid question, but
how do you include images in your post?

Where can I find Exterior Tile Sets?
(I don't want to use RTP in my game at all...)
