Well I haven't done anything in awhile so I figure I'll mess with gimp for a little bit and I came up with this.

I don't know if Gimp supports this feature, but I'd reccomend using a "Match Color" to blend in the dragons more with the background. Though, it's pretty good, good job!

so you got a bunch of brushes slapped them onto a background, and put in two renders...... it seems alittle random and jumpled around. perhaps use one dragon. Stay with consistant colors. Like Blue with the bottom dragon and use the brushes in strategic positions to make it flow better. Like maybe use the dark black liquid type brushes and rotate them around to greate a sort of effect around the dragon to make it as if it were flying out of the water. But anyway, the dragon render to the right is standing on a mountain which also adds to the random feel. Its random for me dude, i think it could use alot of improvement.

Use a colorize and blend the dragons into the backround. Change the backround satuaration and brightness as well, that dark unsaturated orange is ugly. But you're off to a good start, remember to use plain black and white for the backround first then color balance it when it comes to brushes, and avoid bad color schemes.
