Three things I need help with

Limit Breaks

I'm kind of a beginner (I know about switches triggering events, keys to doors etc) but I still don't know how to cause a limit break to appear when a character loses a certain amount of hp, for example:

Character1 Loses 75%hp, remove command "Attack" and add "Limit Break".

Summoning

I'd like an FF7 style summoning where the characters disappear and the summon is called without having to replace any of the characters, for example:

Character1 summons Giglamesh> Party disappears> Giglamesh launches an attack and damages enemy> Giglamesh disappears> Party reappears.

Dual Wielding

I've looked all over google for this one and have found close to nothing, I just want to replace the shield option with a left/right hand equip option and equip another weapon >.<
 
For summoning, you could remove all actors and then make the summon an actor and add him to the party. You'll make a summon skill that calls a common event with the properties of removing the actors. Then, after n turns (I think that's an option in the troops section), you'll remove the summon and add your party members.
