this is weird someone help, or at the very least enlighten

ok i don't know if its a bug or one of the scripts that i use but my character  image when it stand behind someone, the image over laps, so you see my charater like standing ontop of the other.

when i start a new file this does not happen so i know it has to be, well maybe, one of the scripts i'm using. below are the ones i use other than the normal... maybe some one can get an idea which if any are causeing my prob.

In any of your cutscenes or anything, do you set "Always On Top ON" for the player?

ok i checked and no always on top is not on, but just to make sure, on the first map i put an even for player to on to to be off and it still didn't help. ????????????
