This drove ME crazy too, because I knew I had heard it before in an FMA AMV. (yes...strange reason)
Anyway, after much you tube and DVD searching I found the right video!

yeah it's the Requiem for a Dream theme. kindof a lame remix though. it's cool how the Requiem for a Dream theme is pretty much the internet drama equivalent to O Fortuna.
