The VC Discussion Thread (Updated 3/3/08: 1 new game added)

Ok, the reason I made this thread in the first place is to ask where I could find out what was released on the VC that Monday. I decided to change the title and purpose of this thread, discuss about this Monday's releases or just talk about the games that you have already. I'll list the new releases each Monday when I get the chance, if I'm not around and one of you mods/admins know the releases I won't mind if you edit them in for me. Anyways...

New game as of 3/3/08....yea, one game....>_>
1. Super Turrican for the SNES - 800 Wii Points: I don't know much about this game, anyone who does can post your description in this thread...(or edit this post if you're a mod/admin)

Wish List, basically just list the VC games you would like to have, and the reason (optional) you liked the game.
My Wish List...
1. Super Mario RPG - The game that started the Mario RPG franchise, possibly one of the best IMO.
2. Earthbound - Another great RPG I enjoy, like Super Mario RPG it has a lot of humor in it. I love the wacky enemies this game contains.
3. Kirby Superstar - Possibly the best Kirby game out there (IMO anyways), I love the co-op option they have...and there's just so much to do in here.
4. Jet Force Gemini - I know, I know...it probably won't happen, but you never know. I never got the chance to beat this game, and when I try to beat it, I give up at the part where you have to save the tribal bear things, lol. Sadly, the developer of this game (Rare) has been bought by Microsoft and the chances of this game showing up are very slim.
5. Majora's Mask - Rented it once, never beaten it...the farthest I got is to Great Bay (not the temple). I really would like to beat it...the moon is creepy looking, however. >_>
6. E.T. - Just kidding...
"For real" 6 (and 7 and 8...). All 3 of the Star Wars games for the SNES - You know...I don't think I beaten any of them, and they're really fun to play...(I love the homing missiles gun)

Who says you need wireless? You can get the USB/Ethernet Adapter, or the Nintendo Wireless Stick (plug into computer).

@BellGoRiiing - I've fact checked a few times, and they've always been right, so I tend to trust whoever's updating the list now. Saves me a few minutes every monday.

@Elias - Oh my yes. There is a severe lack of Banjo love. I really want Banjo-Tooie though, because I never got a chance to play it back in the day.

Forgot about the adapter, lol. I already have the Nintendo WiFi thing...just no high speed.

Unfortunatlly I don't think we'll see Banjo kazooie(or tooie) on the VC. Rare is with Microsoft now so Nintendo has no rights to the games. Unless they can get permission from Rare it won't be on there and I really don't see that happening =(

Banjo kazooie and tooie are so fun ^_^

The people who made them (Rare, I think) were really creative with it, and it turned out to be a great game. ^_^ (both of them!)

I'm going to miss Jet Force Gemini...
I hope they do work something out...I want this game. That and I have never got the chance to play the Banjo games.

Get out your old N64 and get the games on Amazon. It's more than worth it; I play them all the time.

I think I may recall something about rare letting nintendo use games that were made for their consoles, including the two Banjo games for N64. I could be wrong though.
