The PrexModule's Party Changer

I'm dont have much expertise at RGSS, but I cant get the Party Changer part of the PrexMod to function. He said it could be seperated from the Beastiary and Inn scripts, which I did. And he also said it did not require the RMXP SDK, which I cant seem to locate. So, if anyone can help, I would be very appreciative. I desperately need a party changer.
