Hahaha its been a while since I've been on Rmxp.org...hell my game is just on complete hold at the moment as well. Lol anyways in my absense I've been drawing and working and I just figured I would post some of my work. Ummm so far I'm only going to post my first piece but when I finish some more I'll post it as well. Lol. Anyways here you go

Its me. 100% original. Took along time to draw. ^_^ I've been told it looks very Samurai Champloo'ish. but I don't know.
Anyways I'll be updating this post everytime I finish a new piece of artwork. So check in often. Enjoi

@Mr.Mo: Haha thanks it feels good to be back. Lol when did you change your name??? and how??? I want to change my name but I can't figure out how to...But yeah its a self portrait. It just looked very Samurai Champloo'ish...or at least thats what my brother said. Lol ^_^ but I'm glad that you like it.

@TheBlackMarket: O_O I've been graced by a legends comment. Wow I'm speechless...Lol but yeah it was done in photoshop with lineart. I took a picture of a drawing that I did and it turned out like that when I ran it through photoshop. ^_^ so guilty as charged. But you think its good so that makes me feel like I've actually got talent.....

Looks a little like Samurai Champloo, incredible how it is. Looks like you've mastered something that i haven't been able to accomplish... the Pen Tool... I'm Jealous... However, I would like to see more work... nice style... It holds a semi Realism feel to it... i can't really find that much wrong with it... hmm... Great...

Hahaha I'm glad you like it. Lol but don't be jealous of me. I'm not like a master or anything like that. I just picked up the pen tool and messed around with it alot. And then I was like "hey maybe I can draw with this"....and like a week later. BAM!!! This picture came out. :D but I'm really glad you like it. Lol and I'll upload some more of my work when I finish it. I'm currently working on another pic at the moment but its like crap so far. here it is.

as you can see everything about this pic is all wrong...there is no color, the girls hair looks like crap, and the ears on the guy are messy as well. So yeah this is like a first draft. I'm going to do a better version and scrap this crap. Lol oh yeah do you guys think I should start adding color??? I'm not really the best at it so I just leave it out. Plus since I take pics of my drawings and those are in black and white I'm just not a huge fan of color. But what do you guys and girls. Lol. think???

Haha okay. I'll do some color ones when my other computer starts working again. We just bought a 200GB hard-drive and now my brothers trying to get it to work. Plus this crap-tacular monitor that I'm using only shows in black and red for some odd reason...But since my dad did get it for free I guess I can't complain. But don't worry I'll color them and then post them. Okay??? Enjoi

Haha buying that hard-drive was funny. The saleman was talking to me the entire time about art and how he knew some people who could help me get noticed or w/e he kept saying...there were these people who were waiting in line and getting frustrated. Lol. Haha that was great....anyways enough with the random thoughts. I'll add color as soon as I can.

You should consider using line variation in your works. Usually that means more important parts get a thicker outline, where smaller details get a thinner one. It's a little difficult to explain, but just know that you should be able to tell when to make your outline thicker or thinner. If you don't have a tablet, try clicking the "simulate pressure" choice when you click the outline path button to stroke your paths.
The latest picture you've posted has lines that are a bit thick for my tastes as it stands... using the simulate pressure option can make the thickness look a bit better.

I understand what you mean. I'll have to do that when I'm redoing that one. Lol thanks for the advice. I never would've thought of that. I just use the 2px on pretty much everthing except like skin and stuff. But I see what you're saying. You mean like in the hair on the girl and stuff right??? I believe that would make it look so much better...Haha good thing that you were there to point that out or else all of my stuff would have had thick lines. Good looking out. ;)
