Text mode.

There is a universal messager..I believe it is made by someone named ccoa..I hope that is right..

anyway I really like what can be done with it..it is EXACTLY what I would like in my game..the side by side picture and text...text fit window...one letter at a time with option to speed up or skip......

only problem is I have no idea what to do with it...all i can see is the demo

can someone point me in the right direction please!! Alot of people have told me that is the thing to use I just have no idea how :)

The demo shows how the script works: ccoa's UMS or any other Message script demos show how they work when certain message command(like /c[n], /v) applied. Open the demo with your RMXP and see the script, and see every events to learn how it works. That's what I can say.

To get it to work in the game, open up the script editor in the demo.

There should be a list of scipt names on the left hand side, and the actual script displayed on the right hand side.

Scroll down to the very bottom on the left hand side, and look for a script call UMS, or Universal Message, or something similar.
it should be the 2nd to last script.

Now copy whats on the right hand side, the actual script, and go into your game.

Now open up the script editor and scroll down to the bottom.
Right above the script called main, on the left hand side, rigth click and press Insert.

Now on the right hand side, paste the script from the demo.

Now it will work in your game, you just have to use the commands used in the demo to make it work :)

I hope that answered your question ;)
