Basicly, to learn a skill 1 of 2 requirements must be met.
1) Must be a certian Level
2) Must have used a certian skill a certian amount of times.
EX. Level 70 and used Fire ball 990 times and the skill Fire is avliable at level 2 but requires fireball usage to be 999 i would not be able to use fire.
and along with the script could you also add a use counter in the menu (in game)
