Tales of Elendia
Storyline
There was a time when men were at peace with themselves
A time when children could live without wielding a weapon to protect them.
That time ended with the assault on the planet of Elendia.
Mysterious casualties arose in many of the larger kingdoms
Many women were taken, to where no one knew.
The men fought to find their beloveds, but never succeeded.
The Castle of Argus is left whole, it's small island untouched by the unknown forces.
Soon they learn of the mysterious happenings, and after the same happens to Argus.
A prince turns up captive, a wife taken, a child lost, and a man left unwhole.
Who, or what are causing people to dissappear? What is happening to the people?
Will these questions be answered? Or will more arise?

I have some info on a few of the characters. I hope you all enjoyed the storyline (There's so much more I want to say, but I mustn't.....I MUSTN'T!) as much as I did writing it. Please feel free for questions but I won't leak anymore on the story ^_^
Main Characters so far!
I have started to compile a bug testing demo. It's roughly 1.5 - 2hrs long. Hopefully I can get all the bugs and such fixed. If your interested in testing T.O.E for bugs then please message me either in these forums or at www.creationasylum.net I won't have it finished for about another week or so though, still, feel free to request testing. Thank you for your interest in T.O.E. i will update this post every other day with T.O.E's progress.

T.O.E's Progress thus far.
I am currently looking for mappers, scripters, and possibly a graphics designer. (creating face sets, tile sets, char. sets ect.)
I'm sorry to say Tales of Elendia will go on a slight 1 week break during September 2nd through the 10th (A week and 1 day XD) I have just started my senior year and am getting things settled down. I'm hoping to make T-shirts and such if anyone is interested in any, but that won't be for at least 2 months from now.

Name: Tanis (T-A-Nis, Yes I realize it sounds like Anus with a T)
Class: Twin Blader
Description: A man who serves his king with respect and dignity, but because he failed to do ask his king ordered him to he is deprived of his title and cast from the kingdom. He is the age of 28. He struggles to find his inner self. A demon that previously had stalked Elendia constantly tries to break free from his grasp.
Quote : Why? So many have been taken from me. Those who remain doubt my sanity. How much longer must I endure this torment? The one's I love are lost, i have nothing to live for...so why do I continue my search? The one who took her, Renia, I have to find him. If I find him, I find her. If I find her, I find the strength to save them all. She is my only hope.

Name: Kayain (Kuh-A-een)
Class: Man-Slayer
Description: An ancient demon who used to be renowned as hell's greatest man slayer. His soul was sealed within the body of a great warrior when the great sages discovered he was on their planet of Elendia. Now his soul is trapped within Tanis', his lust for blood causes him to claw his way out of Tanis' body. Tanis' subconsciouses melts into the back of Kayain's mind until Tanis again regains control of his body.
Quote: I will tell you where you are wrong, woman, I am not a mere mortal, I am a DEMON. If you can get that through your head maybe you can understand the dire consequences you may have imposed upon yourself by striking me. Now be gone before I make a wretch out of you.

Name: Ascaroth (Ask-ah-roth)
Class: Lunar Knight
Description: A knight under Tanis' command. Tanis and Ascaroth have been companions for many years, fending off attacks against Argus castle together. His techniques rely on the power of the moon and heavens. He has a rather lustful side and tends to be the center of comedy.

Name: Zeeq (Z-eek)
Class: Dragoon
Description: A Dragoon who is also under Tanis' command. Zeeq,Ascaroth, and Tanis have been friends since childhood. They often tease Ascaroth of his clumsiness from when he was a child. He is very loyal to Tanis because Tanis helped raise him. He is 22 years old

Description: A happy go lucky girl, she hates fighting, but is a horrible Pyromaniac. She meets Tanis while he searches for the king's son. She is 14 years old.

Class: Undefined
Description: A very polite woman who tries hard to please her husband. She is constantly trying to teach Tanis how to do things the smart way but he shrugs it aside. She becomes mixed in with a plot that even she doesn't understand. She is 25 years old.
Dive into the stories of many unique characters as they discover everything has been taken from them, and only one thing is given to them...the power to take everything back.
There are lots of other characters (Playable and non-playable) that I'd like to introduce but I can't at the present time. I hope this small introduction to this series has sparked up some interest!

At the current time I am using the default battle system, however I would like to incorporate CrushD's Star ocean battle script once it is completed. If that time does not come before the first tales of elendia project is completed I will stick with the default battle system.
