Taking Pictures in RMVX

Does anyone know how to take pictures in VX? Is there a script or program you use? I want to put up pictures of my game. Any help will be appreciated.

It's always the same, hit Print Screen open it up in MS Paint or something,(I use adobe)then crop it.

Then paste it into Paint or some picture editing program.

I tried it, but all that happens it that my mouse blinks...

Step 1: Hold ALT and press the PrintScreen button.
Step 2: Open up Paint
Step 3: Hold CTRL and press V
Step 4: Crop to fit
Step 5: Save as .PNG
Step 6: Profit

You'll have to save the image and upload it to a photo hosting website, such as Photobucket or ImageShack.  After uploading them, you use the Image Code link that looks like this:
