Tablets - pad or PC?

Hey! to those out there who have tablets, do you have the pads or do you have the PC where you can actually draw on the monitor?

The tablet monitors are really expensive.

Tablet PC's aren't that good. The pressure sensitivity is far lower than the tablets itself.

Unless you're going to get just the Tablet with a built on screen, Wacom Cintiq which then is a far superior tablet but much costly.

Intuos is better than Graphire but graphires are a lot cheaper. I have a Graphire3 and the one in the market right now is a Graphire4. Slightly better than 3 and price is reasonable. But if I had to choose, I would get an Intuos. Size? 6x8 Will work fine for me. (4x5 is the size I have and it's quite small for what I need to do)

hmm... i see... well, i have a graphire 4 4x5 tablet (i have it already ^^)

but thanx, i disn't wanna feel bad for getting the pad-tablet... cuz monitor tabs were like $500-1000+

Tablet PC's are just like regular PC but can't write on it. so the price will be somewwhat in the $1300-2000 range. for the Wacom Cintiq itself. it's $2000+ I know a few people that own one and I heard only good things about it.
