It's an okay start, I'm not sure if you did the pants yourself but they're nicely done, the shirt, hair and eyes however need a lot of work.

Alrighty, This doesn't look like Sylar at all.

Sylar has regular eyes as opposed to your freakishly large black eyes.
Also, Sylar has a beard stub, and his hair isn't that straight.
I don't remember seeing that T-Shirt on him either.
