Surround Sound Setup- (O_o Three "S"s)

I've been searching with no luck, 'cept for the fact that I saw that Seph is making one.
The title explains it all.. I'm in need of a surround sound script, and possibly a mono and stereo switch for it. I want it to control the following things:

1. Volume
2. Panning (Which speaker/how much sound on each speaker)
3. Mono or sereo switch, that wil automatically equalize the panning on both speakers if set to mono.

Seph's just working on a Audio module re-write. He doesn't really have the knowledge of API yet to pull off surround sound I don't think.
