Super Tileset

I need some serious help setting priorities/passibility ect for this tileset:

There has to be an easier way to set this than doing it by hand, right?

Well, I'll keep this open in case of any errors I need help with.

EDIT: What should I do for the Auto-Tiles? Alright, this just isn't worth it for a moutain add-on.

I'm using a few of those big tilesets and yeah, setting passibility takes awhile. I just do it a little bit at a time.

Use Ccoa's guide for merging tilesets.  I'm sure that would prove to be useful.
