Sudden Script Error out of nowhere

Hey guys, I could need a bit of help <.< I don't know what's wrong with my RPG Maker VX, I didn't change anything with the scripts but now whenever I try to use the \n[ ] method in texts I get: Script 'Window_Message' line 218: NoMethodError occured. undefined method 'name' for nil:NilClass
I'm using the \n[ ] with combination of \v[ ] and it worked completely fine so far. I have no idea what's wrong in all of a sudden. The only non-standard script I'm using is the bestiary by rafidelis. Thanks for any help.

There is an issue with variables I've heard before in the default scripts. If you don't have the fix perhaps that's the issue?

Hmmmm, I get the same error if I enter "\n[50]" in a text box, and I don't have that many actors...???
