Star Ocean battle system

Has there been a Star Ocean type battle system? If not then maybe a Secret of Mana or Legend of Mana battle system? If so can you send me a demo of one? Much appreciated.

There was a Star Ocean battle system on Creation Asylum, but I found it hard to understand because the person who made it kept updating it in different posts, so I gave it a miss.

Actually, you could simply download the demo and put the script data to your project, after a bit of editing I got it work almost flawlessly except for a few random errors...
