Staff Changes

Hey there guys,
You may (or may not) have noticed that the staff roster is slightly different.

First, let's all tip our hats to Zeriab, who has gained the greatly esteemed rank of Global Moderator! He's been around for a very long time and has done a ton for the site. Good job man, let's see what you can do with the increased responsibilities .

Next, I'd like to say congratulations to Wyatt (Commodore Whynot) for being promoted to the lofty position of Administrator!
Wyatt's been doing a hell of a lot recently, probably more than anyone. He deserves this.
Back in the day, I recommended that he be a moderator. I promoted him to Global Moderator. And, now, he's taking my place as Administrator, and I'm pretty happy to say that .

--Yeah, you heard it right; I'm stepping down.
I've recently fallen ill. I don't really feel like giving the specifics on it but it's sapped all the time I have available to the site. I haven't been able to deliver on some of the things that I've really wanted to do for the site, and over the past few weeks I've realized that it's not very fair for me to keep sitting in the upper echelons of management without doing anything in the job description.

I'm not leaving, I've just passed the torch on to Wyatt. Good luck kiddo

I'll still be able to help out in emergency situations or what-have-you though, since I live with Sophist (Captain Murphy), and he's not stepping down.

Just wanted to mention that it's been fun administrating the site, seeing it change over the years, and having a hand in that change. You all are cool cats and I dig ya.

So, again, congrats are in order to Wyatt and Zeriab, and let's look forward to what they can do.

My first calls of action will be to bring back forum games, make the staff porn forum public, delete "RGSS Scripts", and ban every third red-head.

The man’s done more for the site recently than probably the rest of the staff combined so he deserves it. And Zeriab’s always been cool ;D

But seriously though. Mad congrats to Zeriab and Wyatt. I figured Wyatt might be getting a promotion at some point, because I remember him to be quite the helpful guy. It's great to see two deserving members of the community get their due.

Now, I sincerely hope you get better Venetia. Your presence will be missed from the staff team.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that you'll make a quick and full recovery.
