[SPOILERS] The Officially Unofficial Phantom Hourglass Help Thread!

I've beaten the game and all that, but no I' trying to complete it, as in collecting every single item in there. I've check GameFaqs but it doesn't help me out much, anyway here's the problem...

Apparently it's a Courage Gem I'm looking for on Mercay Island, you know where that cracked wall is with the eye? Well I've done everything the walk-through told me to, hit the statue and point he laser towards the Temple of the Ocean King, go there and bomb somewhere near the temple (I know it has to be near the laser). There's my problem, I don't know where to bomb...I've wasted all my bombs, uh, bombing the place, lol. All I have left is some Bombchus and this is frustrating...Any help would be nice, thanks.

EDIT: I've changed the title, didn't know we could do that now...so excuse that last post where I yelled out Despain...ANYway if you need any help with Phantom Hourglass then ask away here.

Go right one screen from the temple and bomb the wall near the tree with the large ruppee in it

Hey, you beat the game? What am I supposed to do on that stupid island where it's supposed to be a king's head (which I really don't see). It says something like, the entrance is X something from the chin...

Go to the tree at the "chin", move the directions it says and start digging.
