SOT forum a forum by me recruiting Web designer and staffs.

hi rmxp.org i am Mooglelow and i created a new forum called Santum of time we are currently looking for some content staffs and a web designer so that we can change the template of the forum and we currently have no banner because our banner artist is making it and this forum is hosted by rodcats and it is free for all to join we just need a few staffs and a website designer that is the second time i am reminding you ok here is the list ohhh and you can also tell me if you want to be in my forum as a moderator.

You do know that looking for staff in that way is a major path for failure of a forum?
That's why most of people won't take your forum serious. That's just not the way to go.

Sorry but this isn't an advertisement / recruiting forum, it's a feedback forum - i.e. you post a custom made website and we comment and critique.

If you want to advertise or recruit people to help then your signature is the best place for this.

Furthermore, just a suggestion:

Giving mod places out like this isn't a good idea. In general a forum only needs one moderator per 250 users, often even less than that; if you are just starting out then you only need one or two moderators. Save your mod places for when the forum gets more active, that way you can actually spot who are the most active and mature people on your forum and assign mods accordingly, rather than just giving them out willy nilly.
