Can a few people tell me what they think of this midi please?

It has a few unique sounds to it, like an echoing guitar, but i love the sound, just want to get some feedback from midi file users.

The bass sounds great. The drums, in some sections, sound too perfect. Especially the 1/32 notes. They need to be 'humanized'
It would be pretty crazy if you were the 2 guitarists playing it! 
Some of the 2nd guitar might sound cool on Sax.
I can imagine some horns, and maybe even a little jazz piano.

It does have a nice jazzy style. I like it.

Agree on the great sounding bass. I don't think you should echo the entire track (or section or whatever), only certain notes like the end of phrases, or where it harmonizes well with the next part. Otherwise it starts to gets mushy. Give it some reverb if that's what you're looking for.

The second part sounds like a different song altogether. Its not really connected to the beginning/end in any way other than the same voices. The percusison set needs more work in the second part as well. Solo at 2:48 is really awkward. I think its partially because of how long the 32s drag on for. The 'styling' is good. It's not my style of music, but I still think it's nice overall and passable for a finished composition.
