i wrote a new piece of music thats short as hell and i wrote it in 30 minutes on Finale.

it was for hw but i thought it turned out well so ill just post it here for some crits.

I'm not much of a music person so I don't really have a vocabulary for critiques. I like the main uh, melody?, especially at 0:30 and again at 1:15.
The rest of it sounds too busy to me.

For having the name "tears of a shadow" it's not really a sad song. It was a little grim thou.

thanks! yeah i actually intended for it to be sad but it didnt turn out exactly that way, but its still depressing-ish imo. the business factor of it is apart of my hw requirement, actually

It sounds really high pitched. And it repeated too often. It sounds more like title/credit music then a battle theme imo. But thats probably cause of the sounds you used.

I'm not much an expert on music either. But you know, the battle type music can use some ump. I think if you added some drums like during the main chores, to help things go along with it some or whatever you'd use it'd sound a lot more lively. Beside the speedy tune, which I like. Other than that it sounds good. The over-world music is pretty good also, I can't really see any errors or things that need fixing..
