I want mother script to change active script to passive script.

Yes, though it will lag on a map that big. I'd suggest breaking that map into much smaller maps. If you really want to keep it that big, I'd suggest searching for an anti-lag script. Event that though wont help much if you have well into the hundreds of events. I'd break your map down into something closer to 100x100 at max.
