I'll spread some love.  Your guy looks wonky - his mouth/lips are wrong, his nose has some wonky shading and his eye looks wrong.  Remember that eyes change shape as your head turns.  I like your shading style, but the lines on his neck are simply too deep, giving the impression of cuts rather than shadows.  His chin is really really big.  From a profile it'd probably stick out more than his nose, which looks like a button.  Other than that you seem to have a pretty decent grasp of head anatomy, except for the ears which are (intentionally?) very simplistic.

However, looking at the other two, it seems that while you know how the body works you don't know how it works in relation to its parts.  The guys chest and stomach are facing the viewer while his shoulders and feet are facing left-ish.  His head is very taaaaaaalll.  Heads tend to be flatter on top and longer when viewed from the side.  Also, his left arm looks broken.

Mr Magic Finger looks better, but remember that no one's feet look like that, shoes surround the feet, and his "tattoos" look like vines encircling him.

All in all they're not bad - they just need some work. :) Do you ever just draw your hands? That helps, I'm serious. Do some studies - look at models in magazines and stuff and draw the poses they're in.  It'll help you get a better grasp of anatomy.

What has really worked for me; try not to define lines by drawing them in really hard. Define them by using better shading :)
I know it doesn't make that much sense. But just think about it :p

Because me being on vacation some weeks I didn't knew there where reply's ..
Hopefully this isn't considered necromancy ..

Both thanks for the responses  (finaly got some) .
So I guess I'll remake 'em again .. This time wih the advise you gave me ..

@samamanjaro Yeah I know what you mean
I'll try it when I remake it ..

Some of what I will say has been said, but I really feel some of it needs to be said again. I am going to be a little less kind than the others, but I'm just trying to help ;)

As samam said, you should not press down so hard on the pencil when you are drawing. You should let the shading do the talking.

Because you pressed down so hard on the pencil, nothing about this picture is convincing. His eyes have no depth because the lines got all smudged together, the lines are so think on the mouth that the only way I can tell that that is a mouth is because of where it is. It is the same deal with the nose.

As for your shading, where is your light source? There are shadows on both sides of everything in such a way that the only possible light source would have to be right in front of the guy's face and close to his face than the 'camera' meaning the light source would have to be in the picture. I would recommend taking a few pictures of your own face with the flash off and you standing in several different positions in relation to the light. That will give you some idea of how light shows on a human face.
