Hi i noticed that you use SMF for your forums.

and also noticed that you use a unique badge for the members that are banned,
i have been meening to do this on my forums but do not know how to..Can you help me please ?

i just want to give a banned member a badge that says Banned!.

make a separate usergroup for banned members. when you ban a member put him into that group.

Oh and how do you get the avatar to be above the Membergroups icons

Display.template.php

Find the section that displays the avatar... move it above the section that displays the membergroup.

i use a custom them that dosn't have a display.template.php

so do i edit the defualt one???

copy the default display.template.php into your theme's folder with the rest of the theme's files.

EDIT THAT ONE, not the default one. =]

You could also edit the default one, if you would like this to happen in all themes (unless the themes have their own Display.template.php to override it)

... but it's a good idea to keep the original for reference and if you screw something up.

Well it's very easily retrievable since you would probably have it wherever you downloaded it, or you can just download it again from simplemachines.  If you are only using one theme, then I recommend djzalzer's method, but it's much easier to maintain multiple themes if they are all using the default theme's files.

When it comes right down to it, though, both of our methods should work, and I guess that's really what matters.

ok thanks thuis helped alot..i managed to do it....it wasn't that hard if you think about it.
