skill up level & skill shop

Hi guys,
I have been searching a skill shop script that will able to let player buy skills for characters.

I had found some,though they're good,but they are not what I exactly want
I want that if player buy a new skill ,he will forget (or up level) to a better skills
just like warcraft 3 skill system.

For example, I buy skill "fire attack lv2" and forget "fire attack lv1" /(or up level
to "fire attack lv2")

I did what you told in the script but I got an error at line 250..
