skill to use on enemy or ally

HELLO~
I was wondering if anyone can give me a simple skill use script to use against:

enemy
ally

The thing is...I want the heal skill to be able to be used on zombies or undeads so they would lose HP. If anyone has that script or help me out with it please post it...

thanks this is what I needed.
but how do I do it so they enemy loses hp when an undead monster is healed?

Also...I dont really know where to stick the codes in...so can some one point me to the right direction? (please no smart jokes :[)
